This series of blower impeller adopts the international leading three-way flow design technology for aerodynamic design, reliable performance, efficiency than the traditional two-way flow design fan increased by 8~12%. The blade and hub of the impeller are forged as a whole and are milled by a five-coordinate CNC milling machine. The semi-open structure is adopted to ensure that the impeller has sufficient strength and safe operation. The impeller is made of high-strength forged aluminum alloy 7A09 or FV520B and other high-strength alloy steel with high strength, light weight and good anti-corrosion performance (according to the contract). After machining the impeller, the overrunning test was carried out.

The impeller is made of high-strength forged aluminum alloy 7A09 or FV520B and other high-strength alloy steel with high strength, light weight and good anti-corrosion performance (according to the contract). Fan structure is simple, with a first gear growth. The impeller is installed on the high-speed gear shaft of the speed increasing machine, and the static and dynamic balance test is carried out after assembly to ensure the balanced and reliable operation of the fan. The main fan, turbocharger, main motor and electric pump, oil cooler, oil filter and other auxiliary machines are installed on a common base, the base is also a fuel tank, so the structure is simple, easy to lift and occupy a small area.

The support and thrust bearings of the fan speeder are made of plain bearings with forced oil supply, and the fan is made of diaphragm coupling.

This series of blower is mainly used for sewage treatment aeration blast, can also be used for other occasions according to the performance of the air or non-toxic, non-corrosive gas.
